Do I need a doctor's referral to start physical therapy?
In most cases, no. Louisiana direct access allows you to be evaluated and treated by a licensed physical therapist without a physician referral. Some insurance plans still require one — call us and we'll confirm what yours needs.
What insurance do you accept?
We accept most major insurance plans, including Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana, and most commercial and employer-sponsored plans. We'll verify your benefits for free before your first visit so you know your costs upfront.
How soon can I be seen?
We can often accommodate same-day or next-day appointments. If we're closed when you call, leave a message and we'll get right back to you when the office reopens.
Will I work with the same therapist every visit?
Yes. Every session is one-on-one with your licensed physical therapist — no PTAs, no rushed handoffs, no assembly-line care.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Bring your insurance card, photo ID, any physician referral or imaging reports you have, and comfortable clothing you can move in. Plan for about an hour for your evaluation.
What conditions do you treat?
Back and neck pain, joint pain, sports injuries, pre- and post-surgical rehab, balance and vestibular issues, work injuries, and general mobility limitations for athletes, active adults, and families.
How long will my recovery take?
It depends on your condition, goals, and consistency. After your evaluation, your therapist will give you an honest estimate of visit frequency and timeline, then adjust as you progress.
